چکیده

This paper analyzes the causal link between CO2 emission, energy consumption, GDP, square of and foreign direct investment in Environmental Kuznets Curve for Thailand from 1971-2014. Three steps are used: bound tests to verify presence cointegration, autoregressive distributed lag (ARDL) model check effects dependent variables on independent variable short run long run, finally, vector error correction (VECM) was used detect relationships among variables. The results show no cointegration variables, confirming short-run relationship's existence. In addition, Granger causality varied outcomes, indicating that two bidirectional exist run. first relationship is consumption second GDP2. there seven unidirectional where FDI affects GDP2, including emission long-run three GDP GDP2 Moreover, relationships: influences consumption. Therefore, terms policy, Thai government should support using more renewable energy. Including investment, issue a policy investors' by regulating green factories efficient technology reducing pollution emissions.

This study is to investigate the short- and long-run causal relationship between agglomeration (localization and urbanization) economies and labor productivity in the manufacturing sector of 28 Iranian provinces over an 11-year period, 2001–2011. Fully Modified Ordinary Least Squares (FMOLS) method was used to estimate our long-run panel data model. The empirical findings suggested that localiz...

Environment Kuznets curve for CO2 emissions A cointegration analysis for China

This study examines the long-run relationship between carbon emissions and energy consumption, income and foreign trade in the case of China by employing time series data of 1975–2005. In particular the study aims at testing whether environmental Kuznets curve (EKC) relationship between CO2 emissions and per capita real GDP holds in the long run or not. Auto regressive distributed lag (ARDL) me...
